As we are here to support eco-consciousness, we encourage you to only buy what you really like and need. We'd love you to find your new favorite piece at Studio Onrust. However, should you be unhappy about it, we will refund your purchase or help you find a new piece in exchange under the following conditions:
Every item you return should be in the same condition you received it. Items must be returned unworn, unused and undamaged with all labels attached. All returned items will be individually checked once received in our warehouse or in store.
The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we have received them. That is why we would like to ask you to pack the items carefully to avoid damage during transport. We also advise you to request a proof of shipment from the parcel point in order to be able to trace your return.
We accept returns of items purchased within 14 days of receiving your order.
We want to encourage you to buy consciously. Returns are at your own expense.
How to return
Just come by our store, and we will have a look at it with you.
In the shipping confirmation, you will receive a link to our Track & Trace portal, in which you can also request your return label. The return label can only be requested when your order has arrived. In order to do so, please fill in the Track & Trace code and your postal code, here you will find the link to your return label. The cost of the return label can be paid immediately prior to downloading your return label. In the mail, which you receive about the return label, you will also find a link to a location indicator that will indicate the nearest location where you can hand in your return. You do not have to pay any more costs at the post office.
Pack your returnitems carefully to prevent any damage.

When will I receive my refund?
We do our best to process your return within 5 working days (excluding holidays) from the moment we receive your return in our warehouse.
After we have processed and refunded your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us. It may take 1-3 business days for the refund to appear on your account. We may, however, wait with a refund until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.
